Manage and support the execution of global Marketing 2. Development programs with graphics card and motherboard partners, ensuring alignment with regional marketing strategies. 3. Oversee partner submissions, approvals, budget tracking, and reporting. 4. Analyze campaign performance across regions and partner tiers, delivering actionable insights to optimize ROI and partner engagement 5. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and SOV across global markets. 6. Track and report on competitive activity and SOV across hardware-focused media, forums, and social platforms. 7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (regional marketing, product teams, finance, operations) to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. 8. Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of global partner marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or analytics — preferably in the PC hardware or tech industry. • Experience working with global teams and navigating cross-cultural communication and time zones. • Familiarity with the graphics card and motherboard ecosystem, including OEM/ODM partner dynamics. • Strong understanding of marketing channels and tactics (digital, content, social media, events, influencer marketing). • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across regions. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with technical and marketing stakeholders.
