● Purpose of Position: To oversee and manage research and development activities within an organization. This role involves leading teams of engineers, or developers to innovate, design, and develop new products or improve existing ones. Also ensures that research projects align with the company’s strategic goals, adhere to budgets and timelines, and meet technical specifications. The position plays a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring that the company remains competitive in its industry, and delivering value through research and development efforts. ● Managerial and Coordination Requirements: 1.Develop design strategy, direction, planning and leadership management to ensure customer / market needs met, innovate products and services, and lead team development. 2.Develop new market information research, analysis and sharing to ensure insight into market opportunities, guide product development, and propose product roadmap strategy planning. 3.Responsible for the leadership and training of the R&D team to ensure that the team efficiency is improved, design goals are achieved, and team members are developed. 4.Thinking and working strategically. ● Responsibilities for Business Results: 1.Project Delivery / NPI on Time 2.Budget Adherence 3.Innovation Impact 4.Team Productivity / VAVE capability 5.Patent research, application and protection 6.Accurate Quotation Assumption on Time

-10+ years' experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. -Experience in OEM / ODM industry. -Experience in Cross-industry alliance & collaboration -Experience in R&D soft software & application tools -Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex research projects from concept to completion. -Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the relevant field. (Including PE & PD)
