工作內容

1. >2 years and above in semiconductor fab environment. 2. >2 years experience for the applications of optical metrology is a must. 3. HW trouble shooting experience is needed. 4. Metrology recipe fine tuning is a must. 5. Backend advance packaging process knowledge is a big plus. 6. English read/speak/writing capability is necessary.

1. Supply AOI & optical metrology HW installation / trouble shooting / recipe set-up. 2. Communicate and establish good relationship with customers for issue understanding. 3. Co-work with IL/GER teams to resolve the issue or develop new application solutions. 4. Be flexible to cross sites support per company's requirements. 5. Be responsible / aggresive / accountable.
