1. Electroplating/Etching Equipment Engineer (Including Laboratory) 【Day Shift】 • Develop and maintain electroplating/etching equipment • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions 【Shift Work】 • Handle electroplating equipment abnormalities • Handle etching equipment abnormalities • Draft preliminary reports on equipment issues 2. Bumping Photo Equipment PM Engineer 【Day Shift】 • Perform routine equipment maintenance and testing • Manage and inventory machine parts 【Shift Work】 • Equipment maintenance and process conversion • Daily equipment inspections and parts inventory 3. Bumping Photo Equipment Engineer 【Day Shift】 • Draft WI/SOP/OCAP documents • Troubleshoot and optimize equipment issues • Evaluate new equipment • Improve equipment uptime and product rework rate • Execute cost-down projects 【Shift Work】 • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns • Draft preliminary equipment failure reports • Perform routine equipment maintenance and testing 4. Packaging Equipment Engineer (Day Shift) • Assist department supervisor with staff scheduling and task assignments • Execute equipment improvement projects • Troubleshoot equipment issues • Evaluate new machines and processes • Revise WI documents and plan engineer training • Prepare DN & 8D reports and major equipment issue reports • Develop and execute maintenance plans • Manage spare parts and jigs • Perform equipment modifications • Investigate and resolve product anomalies • Perform tasks assigned by supervisors 5. Test Equipment PM Engineer (Shift Work) • Perform PM tasks and complete EPMS maintenance forms • Plan PM schedules (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly) • Verify and manage spare/repaired parts • Arrange equipment calibration and record MSA data • Support other engineering-related activities 6. Probe Card (P/C) Engineer (Shift Work) • Integrate P/C information and place orders (new cards, repairs, delivery tracking) • Perform QC checks, labeling, storage, and handover following SOPs • Maintain PCM system data • Perform probe card adjustments and document maintenance • Conduct daily inspections and 6S housekeeping • Execute PM for probe cards and fill out reports • Handle outsourced repair and maintenance of probe cards with proper records • Support other engineering-related activities 7. Prober Engineer (Day Shift) • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers • Manage machine relocation and installation • Troubleshoot online issues and Prober PM failures • Create and manage setup files • Plan and execute improvement projects • Drive efficiency improvement (e.g., Prober downtime reduction) • Manage repair and verification of damaged components • Control inventory of Prober spare parts
