We are now looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer. You will be joining the Test Solution Group to develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions for system products. What you'll be doing: 1. Setup, validate and support rack level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs and 3rd party test sites. 2. Manage test facility KPIs. 3. Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites. 4. Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components. Identify the failure root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto. 5. Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely report and material management. 6. Regular tester and test facility status reporting and improvement recommendations to management. What we need to see: 1. 10+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products validation. 2. BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) 3. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system. 4. Knowing Mandarin is must. 5. CM/ODM factory line experience with high volume product testing. 6. Background in factory production test setup including failure analysis, repair, and recovery. 7. Experience managing design changes and upgrading testers. 8. Experience with system test development: hardware and software 9.
