Senior Corporate Counsel

• 10~15 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, where experience in an in-house legal department is a must. • Experience with a global organization is a plus. • Experience with a consumer brand is a plus. • Attention to detail, self-motivator, self-starter and with strong business sense. • Outstanding listening and communication skills; adept at communicating contract concepts and legal terminology and information, both verbally and in writing, to legal and non-legal audience. • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Team orientation with strong integrity and professionalism, and an accountable leader. • Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. • Ability to remain poised under pressure; adaptability in changing/challenging situations. • Open-minded, embracing culture differences and team spirit and yet able to work independently. • A license to practice laws is a must. • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
