工作內容

1.Work closely with client for accurate and timely labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation 2.Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner. 3.Maintain client relationship to improve client’s satisfaction 4.Provide suggestions, counselling, and updates to Clients in areas of Labour Laws, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, Individual Income tax policy, HR processes etc. independently. 5.Maintain internal services procedure manuals and business process documents 6.Participates in testing and validation of services and system upgrading 7.Assist Client Service Manager in reviewing and improving services processes and procedures 8.Participates in Clients meeting to provide expert professional Service advices. 9.Be capable of offering mentoring to new VA CSR. 10.Play as a general service advisor on-behalf of Team. 11.Assist Client Service Manager in providing Training to internal operation teams when necessary. 12.Support in SOC

1.Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related 2.With 5 years + hands on Payroll & Lodgement experience, or HR professional particularly in the area of C&B and labour law 3.Be familiar with salary structure, employment, Statutory benefit., payroll and tax rules 4.Good command of spoken and written English 5.Professional attitude, efficient, and attention to details 6.Good team spirit, communication and interpersonal skill 7.Good computer skills particularly in Excel, and Word 8.Good Team Player 9.Enjoy collaborating with Cross Function to win together
