What you’ll achieve Overview of Job - In this position as Sr. Principal DLC Thermal Engineer, As a vital member of our cross-functional engineering team, you will be instrumental in delivering advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and enterprise server markets. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the thermal design of liquid cooling components, ensuring the creation of innovative and highly reliable solutions. You will: 1) Design heat transfer surfaces and coolant flow paths for cold plates. Design coolant distribution solutions within the loop for parallel flow solutions and support cooling network sizing. 2) Be a change agent demonstrating passion and supporting a vision for global DLC team 3) Ensure designs are manufacturable and highly reliable 4) Communication capability to lead design presentation and issue triage. Collaborate with mechanical engineering for design optimization in the cold plate design. 5) Ownership of liquid cooling solutions in support of global engagement model. Align with front end concept feasibility to implement cold plate solution ingredients.
