It lifts guest-satisfaction scores, unlocks ancillary revenue, and streamlines daily operations—while generating a treasure-trove of data that calls for clear, actionable storytelling. 【Why This Role Matters 】 Clients rely on Aiello One’s data to justify tech budgets, optimize operations, and discover new revenue streams. Your mission is to turn raw usage data into crisp reports, persuasive narratives, and concrete “do-this-next” recommendations for senior management. Beyond reporting, you will maintain our Hotel Profile CRM and partner with Account Management and Sales to lay the groundwork for account-based marketing initiatives. In short: you ensure every insight reaches the right people—and sparks action. 【What You'll Do 】 Client Reporting 1. Analyze product-usage data and translate findings into clear visuals and concise storylines. 2. Identify client needs; recommend product tweaks and best practices tailored to each client. 3. Present insights to the Customer Success & Sales teams, and—when needed—directly to clients, highlighting upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 4. Work closely with various departments in projects deliverables, ensuring guidelines are followed according to project plans CRM & ROI Management 1. Own and maintain the Hotel Profile CRM database (organization details, systems, KPIs, etc.). 2. Track client-level ROI metrics, flag churn risks or growth potential, and work cross-functionally to transform insights into action. Process Improvement Continuously refine SOPs to boost efficiency, consistency, and output quality. Project Support Provide on-demand support for cross-functional or ad-hoc projects, jumping in where needed to keep initiatives moving fast.
