Vice President, Operations – SSG Bike / General Manager, Taiwan

【Position Summary】 The Vice President, Operations – SSG Bike / General Manager, Taiwan is a critical leadership role responsible for end-to-end operational execution for Fox Factory’s Speciality Sports Group (SSG) Bike business globally, with direct accountability for all manufacturing operations in the Asia Pacific region. This role will serve as a key strategic partner to the President of SSG Bike, helping to translate business strategy into world-class execution across global business operations. In Asia Pacific, this role will directly lead all manufacturing operations, including multi-site production, supply chain management, quality assurance, and regional expansion initiatives. Globally, this role will drive operational excellence across the bike business - partnering cross-functionally to ensure that global functions and sites are ealigned, efficient, and scalable to meet the business unit’s commercial, innovation, and growth goals. 【Position Responsibilities】 Global SSG Bike Operations Leadership: • Partner closely with the President, SSG Bike to define and execute operational strategies that support growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction globally. • Collaborate with senior leaders across the business to ensure operational alignment with business unit and company-wide priorities. • Contribute to long-term planning, organizational design, and capability building with the global operations function. • Lead strategic initiatives that expand operational capacity, reduce cost, and improve responsiveness across the bike business. Asia Pacific Manufacturing Leadership: • Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring world-class execution across quality, delivery, cost, and safety. • Oversee all regional plant operations and cross-functional functions including QA/QC, quality systems, customer operations, production planning, procurement, logistics, and EHS. • Ensure alignment of operational activities with global business priorities and SSG’s growth strategy. Supply Chain Management & Procurement: • Oversee direct and indirect material sourcing strategies in the region; drive supplier performance, development, and resilience in partnership with Sourcing. • Champion a best-in-class procurement model that balances quality, agility, and cost-efficiency. Regional Expansion & New Project Execution: • Drive site selection, setup, and operationalization of new manufacturing locations in Asia Pacific. • Lead capital project execution, organizational ramp-up, and cross-functional alignment for new market entry initiatives. Leadership & Organizational Development: • Build and inspire a high-performance operations team through strong leadership, coaching, and accountability. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and ethical business practices. 【Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required】 • Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and supplier development. • Proven ability to support complex product portfolios across multiple business units. • Demonstrated success leading multi-country operations and new manufacturing site development in Asia. • Strong executive presence, cross-cultural fluency, and exceptional stakeholder influence skills. • Strong personal integrity and data-driven decision-making. • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while balancing strategic and tactical priorities. • Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator across cultures and geographies. • Respected people leader who develops talent, drives accountability, and builds trust.
