We’re currently seeking a hands-on, communicative, and accountable Project Manager to join our team. You’ll take the lead on-site, manage project schedules and costs, and serve as the key communication bridge between our team and the client. If you’re looking for a role where your impact truly matters, this position might be made for you. 1. 負責帷幕牆工程專案的整體規劃、管理與執行 Plan, manage, and execute curtain wall engineering projects from start to finish. 2. 監督工程進度，確保專案按時、按質、按成本完成 Supervise project timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery. 3. 與設計師、工程師及承包商協調，解決現場技術問題 Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve on-site technical issues. 4. 制定並執行安全計畫，確保施工現場安全 Develop and implement safety plans to ensure a safe construction environment. 5. 進行並定期報告專案狀況 Conduct regular project status updates and reporting. 6 .與客戶及上級主管保持良好的溝通，確保客戶需求和期望得到滿足 Maintain effective communication with clients and supervisors to meet project expectations. 7. 管理專案團隊，指導並激勵團隊成員，提升整體效率 Lead and motivate the project team to enhance productivity and collaboration.
