工作內容

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and integration of high-power, high-voltage bidirectional DC-DC converters (e.g., 400V input/output, up to 100 kW). • Oversee integration of IMMERSIO™ technology, submerging bidirectional DC-DC converter components in dielectric coolant to achieve superior thermal management and >95% efficiency. • Validate thermal performance of immersion-cooled converters under high-voltage (400V) bidirectional power flow and failover scenarios. • Oversee development of communication interfaces between PMC modules, using protocols such as PMBus, I2C, or CAN. • Lead a team of electrical and firmware engineers, providing technical direction and fostering collaboration. • Review schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware for bidirectional DC-DC converters, ensuring compatibility with 400V systems and immersion cooling.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years in power electronics, with 3+ years in a leadership role. • Proven expertise in high-power, high-voltage bidirectional DC-DC converters (>100 kW, 400V input/output) for data center or automotive applications. • Expertise in bidirectional power electronics design, including thermal management, PCB layout, and component selection for immersion-cooled systems. • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. • Ability to solve complex technical challenges under tight deadlines.
