1. 維繫與管理客戶關係,作為公司與客戶間的主要聯繫窗口 Maintain and manage client relationships as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. 2. 具備良好的溝通能力、解決問題能力、邏輯思維及跨部門協作能力 Excellent communication, problem-solving, logical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 3. 解決客戶問題、回應需求、有效率的管理客戶 Resolve customer inquiries, address their needs, and manage client accounts efficiently. 4. 具1年以上金融、客戶管理、或相關工作經驗佳 Preferably with 1+ year of experience in finance, account management, or related fields. 5. 熟悉並能有效操作公司内部CRM系統,進行客戶資料管理與追蹤 Proficient in operating internal CRM systems to manage and track client information effectively. 6. 具備英文聽說讀寫能力者佳 English proficiency is preferred.
月薪50,000元以上
(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)1. 具外匯、金業、Fintech、B2B 等產業經驗佳 Experience in Forex, Precious Metals, Fintech, or B2B-related industries. 2. 熟悉黃金相關產品以及中國黃金市場佳 Familiarity with gold-related products and the gold market in China. 3. 具黃金交易所相關證照佳 Relevant certifications from gold exchanges are a plus
