Job Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Head who will serve as a strategic HR partner to drive organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition excellence, and cultural alignment. This role is responsible not only for building a strong employer brand but also for overseeing core HR functions and leading key cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1.Corporate Branding & Employer Image: Lead the planning and execution of employer branding and HR marketing projects to position the company as an employer of choice. 2.Strategic HR Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR functions including personnel administration, performance appraisal systems, and general affairs. 3.Team Leadership & Department Management: Supervise and coach HR team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and professional growth. 4.Executive Support: Act as a trusted partner to the Chairman and CEO, managing high-level assignments, special initiatives, and sensitive matters with discretion and effectiveness.
