Production Floor Manager (Mexico)

1.Oversee production floor operations ： Ensure daily production activities meet output, quality, and safety targets during the plant startup phase. 2.Support production line setup and optimization ： Lead installation, trial runs, and adjustments of new equipment and processes. 3.Implement lean manufacturing practices ： Drive process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality. 4.Facilitate knowledge transfer ： Train and mentor local supervisors and operators on production standards, procedures, and problem-solving methods. 5.Coordinate cross-functional activities ： Work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues promptly. 6.Monitor and report startup progress ： Provide regular updates to headquarters management on performance, challenges, and improvement plans.
