Cut & Edge Assistant Manager 加工裁型副理

The Position This position is to ensure HOYA Taiwan Cut & Edge team delivers high quality products with good efficiency on time to customers. Work with all functional teams also including APAC/HQ with supportive actions to support business growth. Ensure the employees working in high efficient, safety and healthy environment by setting and executing plan to perform high productivity and maintain facilities/machines work stabilized, and compliance with local government requirements. Leading continuously improvement actions for product/process by involvement of people. Major Responsibilities • General supervising duties - Ensure output, productivity, efficiency, and quality of all cut & edge and mounting operations across multiple sites (Hsinchu, Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung). - Oversee daily cut & edge schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Support training and development of team members. - Flexibly allocate and dispatch manpower to address workload fluctuations and staffing needs. • Outsourcing Management - Manage outsourcing during peak periods. - Outsourcing partner selection and contract signing. - Coordination of daily operations with external partners. - Monitoring lead times, delivery performance, and quality compliance. - Overseeing payment processes and performance evaluations. • Cost and Budget Control - Monitor and control departmental expenses and operational costs. • Optimize resource allocation to maximize cost-efficiency. • Equipment and Facility Maintenance - Manage maintenance and stability of cut & edge machinery, spare parts, and related infrastructure (e.g., water supply, electricity, air compressors). - Coordinate preventive maintenance and timely repairs. • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Process Optimization - Develop, implement, and update operating standards and workflow procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations. • Performance Management - Set team KPIs and monitor performance against goals. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement. 此職位的主要目的是確保 HOYA Taiwan 的加工裁型部門，能夠準時、高效率地提供高品質的產品給客戶。需與各功能團隊合作，包括亞太區（APAC）及總部（HQ），提供支持行動以促進業務成長。透過制定並執行計畫，確保員工在高效率、安全且健康的環境下工作，以提升生產力，同時維持設施與機台的穩定運作，並符合當地政府的相關法規。 主要職責 • 一般管理職責 - 確保新竹、台北、台中、高雄各地加工裁型與裝框作業的產出、生產力、效率與品質達標。 - 監督每日加工裁型生產排程，以符合交期及客戶需求。 - 確保遵守公司政策、安全規範與品質標準。 - 支援團隊成員的訓練與能力發展。 - 靈活調度人力，以應對工作負荷變化與人力需求。 • 外包管理 - 在高峰期有效管理外包作業。 - 負責外包夥伴的選擇與合約簽訂。 - 與外包夥伴協調日常作業。 - 監控交期、交付表現與品質符合性。 - 管理付款流程與外包績效評估。 • 成本與預算控制 - 監控並控制部門支出與營運成本。 - 最佳化資源配置，以提升成本效率。 • 設備與設施維護 - 管理加工裁型設備、備品及相關基礎設施（如：供水、供電、空壓系統）的維護與穩定性。 - 規劃預防性維護與即時修繕作業。 • 標準作業流程（SOP）與流程優化 - 建立、執行並持續更新操作標準與工作流程，確保作業的一致性、安全性與效率。 - 推動持續改善計畫，提升整體營運表現。 • 績效管理 - 設定團隊的關鍵績效指標（KPI），並追蹤績效表現。 - 定期進行績效評估，並提供指導與改善建議。
