工作內容

1. International communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken); capable of conducting business and technical communication with clients from the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia; familiar with cross-cultural differences; skilled in coordination and negotiation. 2.Responsible for quotations, order processing, shipping arrangements, documentation, and delivery coordination; proficient in project management and order tracking; able to follow up on shipping, installation, and acceptance processes while working closely with factories, R&D, FAE, and customer service teams. 3.Organize customer requirements and feedback, and coordinate with internal engineering and customer service teams. 4.Assist supervisors or sales representatives in communicating with international clients (via email/online meetings). 5. Willing to travel abroad for short-term or medium-to-long-term business trips (e.g., U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, etc.). 6. Support the company in participating in SEMICON international exhibitions and visiting overseas clients to expand collaboration opportunities.

Must have but not limit to: 1. Proficient in English (TOEIC 800 / TOEFL 90 / IELTS 7 or equivalent) 2. Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial products or equipment 3. Familiarity with semiconductor equipment or processes is a plus; overseas experience is an advantage 4. Proactive, resilient under pressure, eager to learn and committed to continuous growth 5. Basic English writing and reading skills; capable of handling email correspondence and preparing presentations 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 7. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong communication and time management skills 8. Experience in international sales support, project coordination, marketing planning, or sales administration is a strong plus
