What you’ll achieve As a Project Management Advisor, you will be a key player in driving cost reduction through strategic sourcing and analytical initiatives. You’ll apply problem-solving skills to identify, negotiate, and ensure best-in-class manufacturing costs across projects. You will also facilitate program management for new cleansheet initiatives, contribute to process modernization, and provide regular updates on strategic progress to leadership You will: Develop and maintain cost models for Laptop, Desktop, Servers components; collaborate cross-functionally to align outputs (Specifically metals/plastic parts and assembly) Work cross functionally to socialize cost model output and recommend DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly) and DTC (Design to Cost) Support supplier negotiations and close cost gaps by identifying and driving improvements opportunities. Track and coordinate strategic initiatives, providing timely updates and support to leadership and team members. Leverage analytical and business insights to recommend and support strategic initiatives. Act as a proactive, collaborative team member with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
