Leadership & Team management ● Lead and mentor product engineer team member build skills within a team through training, coaching and performance management. ● Set priorities, delegate tasks and ensure projects complete in time. Product development & Engineering execution ● Familiar and understand power discrete such as MOSFETs, ESD protection, TVS, Rectifiers. SiC. ● Oversee product design, engineering validation to release. Ensure products meet performance, target specification, quality, cost and reliability targets. Cross-Function collaboration ● Collaborate with Product marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and quality teams. Ensure the product/design are manufacturable. ● Support product marketing and sales to align the product features with customer needs. ● Mange budgets, resources and schedule for engineering activities. Continuous improvement and innovation ● Lead initiatives for product cost reduction, quality improvement and design optimization. ● Evaluate new technologies, materials, benchmark analysis to enhance product performance. ● Product life cycle management (EOL planning and replacements)
