The Software Lead UX Designer for gaming software is responsible for designing our consumer-facing software platforms, delivering complex software features that enable and support our hardware products while keeping an eye on the big picture of platform design, usability, and development. In this role you will: • Design complex software features to support innovative hardware products. • Working with a design system and guidelines. • Apply your extensive experience to lead software design, setting the right objectives, approaches, and methods. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and product managers. • Communicate your design proposals confidently and effectively. • Make strategic recommendations where appropriate and guide decision-makers through the process. • Work within a global team, which may occasionally require flexibility for meetings across time zones. • Have the opportunity for international travel.
