Job Description: 1. LED Display System Design & Integration – Design, configure, and implement LED video wall solutions, ensuring seamless integration with ProAV systems including controllers, scalers, and signal distribution equipment.  2. Installation & Commissioning – Assistance or Lead on-site setup of LED displays (mounting, cabling, alignment, calibration) and integrate with AV-over-IP, control systems (Crestron/Extron/Q-SYS), and audio solutions.  3. Signal & Networking Management –  Manage high-resolution signal processing(SDVoE, AVoIP) , AV networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Dante), and ensure optimized image quality, latency control, and system reliability.  4. Project & Client Coordination – Collaborate with architects, system integrators, and project managers to deliver end-to-end LED + ProAV solutions that meet client specifications.  5. Maintenance & Technical Support –  Provide post-installation support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with AVIXA/InfoComm standards and manufacturer guidelines.  Job Requirements: 1. Education – Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Audio-Visual Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. 2. Professional Experience – Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the ProAV industry (system design, integration, installation, or technical support). 3. Technical Knowledge – Proven expertise in AV signal transmission, display technologies, audio systems, and control platforms (Crestron/AMX/Extron/Q-SYS). 4. Networking & IT Skills – Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, PoE, and AV-over-IP solutions. 5. Certifications (Preferred) – AVIXA CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I, Dante Level 2/3, Q-SYS, Crestron/Extron certifications, or equivalent vendor-specific training.
