Legal entity: SAFC Work Location: Kaohsiung Your Role: • Responsible of developing and maintaining the maintenance management system on plant-wide facility. • Lead the maintenance workforce to conduct regular inspections and assessments on equipment and execute effective maintenance to ensure equipment/facility reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively with other engineering disciplines. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of equipment and facility. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in chemical manufacturing environments from mechanical perspective. Who You Are: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on mechanical and equipment maintenance, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the chemical industry, and at least 2 years of people management experience. • Familiarity with equipment reliability and mechanical integrity in chemical plants. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus. • Proficiency in English is considered a plus for effective communication.
