We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Taiwan organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, will dedicate time to organizational optimization, culture building, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that HR practices directly enable commercial success. ┃Responsibilities┃ * Partner with the Taiwan GM to translate business goals into effective HR strategies. * Drive performance review processes and ensure fair, consistent, and transparent practices. * Lead initiatives on culture building and employee engagement to strengthen collaboration and trust. * Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, providing compliance-focused solutions aligned with Taiwan labor law. * Collaborate with regional HR to align global practices with local business needs. * Provide HR insights and recommendations that support sales growth and organizational effectiveness. ┃Requirements┃ * Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business, or related field. * Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRBP responsibilities. * Proven ability in performance management, employee relations, and culture/engagement initiatives. * Strong business acumen and commercial sense, with the ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes. * Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English. * Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor law and employee relations practices.
