Responsibilities 1. Carry out commissioning, service, and warranty activities in line with project plans. 2. Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers and partners on-site. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Provide clear service reports and recommendations for product or process improvements. 5. Support internal teams with training, field testing, and knowledge sharing. 6. Represent the company in customer meetings and provide technical input when required. 7. Collaborate with sales and business teams by offering technical insights. Requirements 1. Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or proven experience in energy storage/renewables. 2. Solid understanding of electrical & automation systems (knowledge of HVAC is a plus). 3. Hands-on experience with installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting. 4. Familiarity with PLCs, drives, protection devices, and control networks. 5. Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. 6. Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken). 7. Willingness to travel frequently. 8. Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office tools.
