Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office & HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and manage essential HR processes. Key Responsibilities Office Administration • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. • Oversee facility needs such as maintenance, meeting room coordination, and seating arrangements. • Coordinate company events, travel arrangements, and scheduling. • Act as the point of contact for office-related queries. • Process vendor and employee expense claims/documents. • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation. HR Operations • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, records management, and offboarding. • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination. • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration. • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and well-being initiatives. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Qualifications • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. • Experience with HR operations such as recruitment, employee records, or payroll support. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
