工作內容

• Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion. • Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency. • Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details. • Order fulfillment process management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency. • Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch. • Ensure material readiness to support program achievements. • Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks. • Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance. • Regularly provide leadership team with project status reports. 2 shifts: 8 AM–5 PM and 3 PM–12 AM

What we need to see: • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines. • Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate, and integrate technical concepts and issues • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment • Solid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process. • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, NPI cycles, and material planning systems. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people. • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, and platforms for analyzing supply chain data. • Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and/or customers. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
