1. Provide advice to business leaders/ sr. executives on how the work force supports the business strategy. 2. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic talent planning and development. 3. Translate business demands and needs into HR people strategy and ensure consistency with organization standards. 4. Coach employees and managers as they navigate employee relations process and provide guidance, coaching, and/or training through the employee relations experience. 5. Roll out programs designed in partnership with CoE

At least 5 years HR working experience, including 1+ year as full function HR or HR account service. 4.
