BS&P Data Quality and Integration Engineer / BS&P 數據品質與整合工程師

We are seeking a Data Quality and Integration Engineer, ideally with a background in Process Engineering and a strong passion for AI and data analytics. You will be responsible for ensuring the data we collect from our operational sites is accurate and reliable, transforming it into a valuable business asset. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and ensure the quality of digital data, including accuracy, labeling, and acquisition parameters. - Develop and propose action plans to rationalize data acquisition and increase the automation of KPI reporting. - Define specifications for data usage, KPI creation, statistical models, and machine learning applications in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Conduct routine inspections of data acquisition within Hubgrade and other digital tools, and promote their adoption within the Taiwan business unit. 我們正在尋找一位具備「製程工程」背景的「數據品質與整合工程師」。我們希望您了解現場的運作流程，同時對 AI 和數據分析充滿熱情，樂於挑戰如何提升數據品質，並讓數據發揮更大的效益。 主要工作內容： - 把關數據品質：確保數據的準確性、標籤的正確性，並持續優化數據的收集方式。 - 優化報告流程：規劃並提出改善方案，讓關鍵績效指標（KPI）的產出更有效率、更自動化。 - 規劃數據應用：與公司內部團隊（如業務、營運部門）溝通，一起規劃如何運用數據來建立分析模型或機器學習。 - 熟悉與推廣工具：定期檢查公司數位工具（如 Hubgrade）的數據狀況，並在台灣團隊中推廣分析工具。
