
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders. They are responsible for proactively engaging with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands, ensuring the development of robust hiring strategies that drive the success of the talent acquisition function. As a Trusted Advisor, the TAP will gain a deep understanding of the talent requirements of the Hiring Manager's business and provide insights on relevant industry/sector and market talent trends that impact delivery. l Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. l Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions, recruitment plans, and interview guides. l Utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. l Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions. l Partner with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise* l Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the Taiwan market. l Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and talent management strategies. l Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. l Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities l Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise l Experience in recruitment within the consulting or IT services industry. l Experience in planning and managing recruitment-related events. l Experience in planning and executing initiatives to enhance employer branding.
