1.Develop and execute Credit Card category usage campaigns to deliver business goal and strategic agenda.
2.Responsible for usage campaign development, manage partnership with merchants and performance tracking to deliver retail spend goal.
3.Constantly review, propose corrective actions and coordinate with key stakeholders to improve product/related process for better customer experience delivery.
4.Manage and optimize marketing budget. Build, plan and maintain strategic alliance with partners.
5.Monitor and update Credit Card market / spending trend and competitor status.
6.Work with Marketing, Legal & Compliance to develop communications and ensure that campaign details are fully and clearly explained, and all closures comply with regulatory requirements and Group policy.
7.Lead ad-hoc projects to achieve strategic agenda.

◆ Lead NPD direction briefing and manage development process from ideation to launch.
◆ Coordinate internal cross-functional management, including system setup and communication with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations.

◆ Prepare communication briefs and supervise agencies to deliver projects on time with high quality.
◆ Support IMC implementation via own digital ecosystem, including PK App, LINE, CRM, and online ordering journey.
◆ Explore opportunities through digital CRM touchpoints to improve consumer engagement and retention.
◆ Ensure strong time and project management across initiatives.
4. Routine Maintenance & Ad-hoc Support
◆ Conduct sales performance review to assess campaign and product impact.
◆ Manage ad hoc research (e.g., callback setup, result summary, triangle test).
◆ Provide operational support for both routine and urgent marketing needs.
