【Responsibilities】
1. Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis.
2. Find customer insights through various methods.
3. New product introduction (NPI), including model selection, price strategy, promotion plan, marketing activities, and marketing materials design.
4. Channel strategy planning and communication with the sales team.
5. Managing product inventory and supply, tracking and forecasting.
6. Sales Data Analysis and management (tracking P&L, gross profit, etc.).
7. Assist in communication with HQ in Korea.

1. Daily administration, including data replacement, lead importing, and sending notifications.
2. Data Cleansing and Normalization.
3. Deliver CRM system functionality developments and user enhancements.
4. Create and document business requirements by working together with users.
5. Provide Salesforce training for global users (Sales, BDM, Presales), including maintaining the guidebook.
6. Create and maintain reports and dashboards, continuously monitor data quality and integrity, and assist users with report design and management.
7. Assist with internal system and data connectivity with Salesforce.
1. Define the product strategy and oversee feature development.
2. Brainstorm innovative use cases for integrating the latest Generative AI technologies into video and photo editing workflows.
3. Leverage user behavior data to generate actionable insights that improve user retention and feature adoption.
4. Plan, design, and document high-quality user flows and detailed specifications to ensure excellent user experience.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the app’s success in AI-driven content creation.
6. Provide design guidelines for cross-product feature alignment and consistency.
7. Continuously improve product usability and enhance customer satisfaction.
