【Position Overview】 1. Initiate and bring up the ATE program during new product introduction and ramp up for mass production. 2. As a test development staff engineer in the Operations business group, you will test features on the silicon semiconductor chips Marvell produces for internal and external customers. You will make sure we don’t ship out any underperforming units. You’ll work closely with design to make sure their chip features are testable and that the results meet the customer’s specifications. Job Summary: This position focus on production test engineering area of power management integrated circuits (Consumer, Industrial and Automotive ICs), you will be required to deeply utilize analog and digital circuits, as well as programming languages, statistics, to conduct diverse R&D projects involving hardware, software and procedures, aimed at ensuring the quality and cost optimization of production testing, and finally keep and strength competitiveness of our products. Essential Functions: - Analyze/optimize/develop component-level circuits and test program (mainly based on C/C++) for precision parametric measurements of analog and mixed- signal IC, and accordingly dispose the risky production tested chips and test system. - Analyze/Optimize production test cost, efficiency, capacity, smoothness by diverse approaches, including but not limited to test time optimization/reduction, multisite test solution development, test platform transfer, optimize/simplify test process. - Co-work with other departments to finish new product qualification work.
