1. 擬定區域經銷商佈局策略,甄選符合公司價值觀之潛在夥伴。
2. 執行盡職調查與投資報酬評估,提出加盟 / 替換建議。
3. 與經銷商訂定年度目標(銷售額、毛利率、庫存週轉)。
4. 設計支援方案與獎懲機制(價格政策、行銷支援、市場開發計畫)。
5. 定期 Business Review,追蹤 KPI 達成與改善計畫。
6.與供應鏈協作,降低缺貨與過剩庫存風險。
7蒐集競爭對手價格、市占、策略動向與客戶痛點,定期提交市場情報報告。

Supplier Coordinator works directly with HFT vendors and sub-suppliers to track PO confirmation, PO delay tracking, capacity check, production progress to ensure product quality, on-time delivery and proactively find solutions to any delay issue caused by vendors. The position requires frequent domestic vendors visits and in-depth understanding of the product manufacturing process, ability to identify various bottlenecks and risks that may occur during production and provides various improvements solutions. Supplier coordinator must have open communication with multiple teams to ensure relevant teams have consistent and correct information, especially working closer with vendor management and QC team. The supplier coordinator must have a proactive approach to mitigate future shipping delays and risk, communicating all potential risks and opportunities to the Vendor Management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Travel to various factories including domestic and oversea and submit corresponding reports to cross functional teams
• Analyze vendors' production process and improve bottleneck
• Follow up with vendors on their continuous improvement plans
• Train vendors to provide timely and accurate report of order modification
• Validate order modifications and update order packet accordingly with reason codes and report to involved teams with any key issue
• Analyze vendors delayed/unconfirmed POs and work with vendors / vendor managers to find solutions and follow up the action plans
• Validate/analyze vendors stated Lead Time/capacity to identify and mitigate any potential risks/issues with production
• Monitor and analyze vendors’ PO performance, capacity, and on-time delivery on a regular basis, generating reports accordingly
• Work with Quality Control team to coordinate any quality issues and follow up actions
• Collect vendor’s market information and share with team
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
【Position Summary】
Account Representative is responsible for inquiry response, order management and analysis, shipment arrangement, claim process, etc. for worldwide customers and factories. He/she also provides the necessary support (customer visit / training) to sales team and Sr Account Representative(s) and Supervisor for better business service to customers and factories. The Account(s) he/she would be assigned are typically difficulty or complex.
【Position Responsibilities】
• Responsible for all phases of customer order operations including order entry, order confirmation, order revision, pull-in or push-out adjustment, payment and shipment arrangement.
• Work independently on processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues.
• Acting as liaison between customers, production, and sales team to resolve issues.
• Tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the latest information on product shortage, expected delivery date, and price change, etc.
• Analyzing and summarizing order reports to sales team or the management to support business decision making.
• Drive result by working with the internal cross functional teams including planning, purchasing, production, finance, and shipping to make sure customer orders are planned, executed, and shipped on time.
• Review and coordinate claim cases from customers.
• Use of customer portals if required.
• Provide response to inquiry from factories in a timely manner.
• Support sales team for coordinating customer activities or customer visits in Taiwan if needed.
• Provide sales team with situational awareness regarding all aspects of customer activities.
• Special assignments from supervisor or manager depending on business status.
