Achieve maximize revenue and run rate business from assigned accounts and projects works.
50% time on new account penetration, 40% time on existing account engagement, re-engagement to project win.
[What you need to do]
1. Account management work
1) Recruit new SI (system integration), Contractor, End User to new project win
2) Manage existing SI, Contractor, EU with more contacts to repeat buy in order to maximized revenue
3) Introduce, train and update suitable products, solutions according to account profile
2. Project management work
1) Project to solution design according to end user requirement, budget and competition
2) Project to price and payment term management in order to maximize win rate
3) Co-work with supply-chain team for project fulfillment and payment
4) Co-work with tech support team to run effective installation, end user acceptance test, and post service
Work hour management :

21:00 - 05:00 (EST)
22:00 - 06:00 (CST)
23:00 - 07:00 (PST)
(work in the office) -->
13:00 - 17:00 (Every Monday, Thursday)

1. Market Research:
Identify new markets, trends, and competitors to uncover business opportunities.

Key Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. Experience:
Prior success in business development or sales, especially in tech or manufacturing.
3. Skills:
Strong market analysis and strategic thinking.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Teamwork and relationship-building expertise.
4. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the computer peripherals market is a plus.
1. Develop and implement sales strategies for the European market.
2. Manage sales forecasts and negotiate sales contracts/pricing/other agreements
with customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with KAs / distys and identify new
business opportunities
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the
unique features and benefits of SparkLAN products.
5. Customer services e.g. RMA request / timely &accurate response to daily
inquiries.
6. Collaborate with PM/RD to provide customer feedback and insights that set
product development and innovation onto the right track.
7. Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales

Synology is rapidly expanding in Korea Region and is seeking multi-tasking experts that can help us drive results in local markets. As a Account Manager, you will be working on creating plans together with other sales and marketing team members to maximize results. At the same time, you'll be working with channel partners to build up a network and to find and develop potential customers.
You will:
- Develop potential business customers and expand market share in Korea
- Regularly visit local channel partners and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct market research, account and order operations, and report accordingly
- Develop business in Korea, including product analysis and presentations, pre-sales consulting, project management and channel promotions
1.New Customer Business Development
-Identify players and potential partners in assigned territory
