【工作內容】
Job Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this team lead role are:
1. Lead the Trust parameter set-up team to ensure the new product codes are set-up/maintained timely
2. Review and coordinate WMO related projects for a) operational process review; b) risk identification; c) issue and escalation and monitor the implementation status.
3. Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders for assigned Projects, including the Project team, Product, IT, Regional Teams, etc.
4. Coordinate within WMO for UR changes for annual offshore income tax reporting and work with IT & vendor for system enhancement
5. Assume the role of ULCR for WMO. Review all WMO related regulations and official letters to ensure compliance.
6. Lead and execute WMO BCP, PDPA related tasks and internal control related tasks, including regular review of RCSA, SCSA, Self-assessment, DOA, GLAO, KRI, etc.
7. Able to perform the IPRS, Finacle, GLAO, trust lending, etc.
8. Review UAT issue log, tracking, testing, re-testing and consolidate reports.
9. Handle customer complaints and follow up incidents
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree / University degree.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Moderate knowledge of banking and investment products.
4. Moderate English reading & writing ability is required. Fluent English listening and speaking will be plus.
5. 信託證照 &內稽內控證照 is must
6. 初級或高級證券商營業員證照 is plus
7. Patience and able to work under pressure and overtime.
8. At least 3 years of Risk control and/or compliance experience in WM related.
9. Well leadership, people management, and communication skills.

【工作內容】
1. To perform the distribution process for SN/Equity/ETF transaction include Subscription/Redemption.
處理結構型商品(SN)、股票(Equity)、ETF 的申購與贖回分配流程。
2. To perform distribution process for SN/Equity/ETF dividend / coupon payment.
執行上述商品的股息/利息配發作業。
3. To perform Settlement instruction with custodian bank / broker.
與保管銀行/券商對接交割指示,處理交割流程。
4. To prepare regulatory reporting data of OTC/TA/CBC Media reporting.
準備主管機關所需報表資料,如:OTC/TA/CBC。
5. To perform Corporation event handling including issuer call, coupon payment, stock split/Reverse Stock Split.etc.

In this role, you will:

1. Prepare timely, comprehensive, and reliable credit risk reports on monthly basis, as well as for forecasting & planning with risk assumptions by evaluating portfolio statistics and presenting to local management and HQ.
2. Provide support on process and policy related to risk, as well as the pricing for new or existing product based on loss assumptions and product risk assessments.
3. Establish and review risk policies, guidelines, and procedures that will foster company's sales potential balancing with risk management goals.
4. Conduct annual validation both quantitatively and qualitatively on scorecard and risk parameters (PD & LGD) with performing recalibration if needed.
5. Vehicle residual value monitoring and analysis in proper presentation to steer the residual value risk and product. Provide support on auction price setting.
6. Maintain and analyze the risk monitoring report on active portfolio to review asset quality and perform various risk studies for risk steering and recommendations to Senior Management.
7. Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key factors and lessons on reducing or preventing bad debt losses.
8. Responsible for system projects to mitigate credit risk of credit portfolios. Manage various decision engines for consistent policy execution and operation efficiency.

Job Description
● Develop and execute product strategy and marketing plan and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation to deliver set targets.
● Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats and initiate & promote appropriate strategies and plan
● Coordinate with GFM, third parties, internal departments (branches & operations) and external product providers to ensure smooth and quality execution of marketing programs.

Requirement for the Role :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Over 3 years of experience in intermediary sales within asset management firms or brokerage firms.
2+ years' experience in servicing ETF related businesses.
Sales, product research, or investment team experience gained from working in a high-quality financial firm selling ETFs are preferred.
Relevant client relationships a preference.
Understanding of product set – preferably ETFs, mutual funds, and mandate business.
Experience with index or index linked fund products and/or structured/derivatives products is an advantage.
