- Prepare Federal, state, and local income tax returns.
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax and extension payments for corporate and individual clients.
- Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 1 year of Federal tax compliance experience from a Big 4 or regional public accounting firm preferred

Job duties:
• Prepare US corporation, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns
• Prepare other US tax returns, such as gift, estate, payroll, sales, and property taxes
• Perform accounting services, such as preparation of financial statements and fiduciary accounting
• Perform international tax compliance service, such as transfer pricing studies, and tax forms as required by Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• 2 years accounting related experience. Strong accounting skill is required - depending on your background and experience level, we may give you a 10 minutes test via Zoom or in our office, to determine the next step.
• US or TW CPA license will be a big plus, but not required. US tax experience is a plus but not required.
• Overtime is required during tax season mid Feb to mid April, overtime is compensated following Taiwan labor law.
