Job Overview:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensure that products and processes meet company and customer quality standards. This role coordinates quality improvement initiatives across departments and regions, driving continuous optimization of quality management systems to enhance customer satisfaction and the company’s competitive advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement regional quality management strategies to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
2. Oversee daily quality management activities, including product inspections, supplier quality management, and quality assurance.
3. Coordinate cross-unit quality improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and operational excellence.
4. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement improvement measures.
5. Conduct quality audits, risk assessments, and preventive measures to effectively control quality risks.
6. Provide training to enhance the team’s expertise in quality management.
7. Analyze quality data and prepare reports to support decision-making and improve
product consistency and reliability.
8. Carry out NPI related activities.

1) Assist in managing the progress of SQMS-SQM project implementation.
2) Troubleshooting system problems and coordinating with various plant users to propose applicable solutions to improve the efficiency of the existing system.
3) Developing and planning for a new quality management system to realize and improve the SQM quality management system.
4) Lead quality activities among factories: quality process cross auditing and improvement, various workshop activities, and dynamic support for each factory.
5) Integration of cross-departmental system resources, planning and unification of workflow.
