1. 經營並維護主流社群平台,以及品牌需行銷的網路平台曝光。
2. 撰寫並優化行銷文案,結合網路時事與趨勢,提升品牌聲量與顧客互動。
3. 負責數位廣告投放與成效追蹤,提出數據化分析與優化建議。
4. 規劃異業合作與 KOL/網紅行銷專案,整合內外部資源以達成行銷目標。
5. 支援主管交辦之各項專案與臨時性任務。

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain major social media platforms and ensure brand visibility across online channels.
2. Write and optimize marketing copy, leveraging current events and online trends to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
3. Handle digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and provide data-driven analysis and optimization suggestions.
4. Plan cross-industry collaborations and KOL/influencer marketing projects, integrating internal and external resources to achieve marketing goals.
5. Support various projects and ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.

Requirements / Qualifications
1. Proficient in operating major social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with the ability to integrate cross-platform strategies.
2. Solid experience in digital marketing, capable of independently planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies.
3. Familiarity with the marketing ecosystem and platform operations in the China market is a strong plus.
4. Ability to quickly capture online trends and apply them flexibly to marketing campaigns and content planning.
5. Excellent copywriting skills, able to craft compelling content tailored to target audiences to strengthen brand influence.
6. Strong cross-department communication and project coordination skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with quality.
