Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

一、主要職責與工作內容:
1. 量測排程與資源管理
o 規劃與安排每日/每週量測作業順序,依據生產與品保需求進行資源配置。
o 評估量測任務的緊急性、工件特性與設備負載,合理調配量測儀器。
o 建立並維護量測排程紀錄與交期追蹤表。
2. 量測需求評估與跨部門溝通
o 與研發、工程、製造、品保等單位溝通量測需求,確保量測規格、檢驗點與方式明確。
o 協助專案開發階段制定適用的量測策略與方法。
o 就特殊或新型工件提供量測可行性分析與技術建議。
3. 量測結果查核與品質控管
o 負責關鍵尺寸或客訴/異常品的量測結果二次查核與確認。
o 建立標準作業流程(SOP)及檢測規範,確保量測數據準確與一致性。
o 定期稽核量測紀錄,分析異常趨勢並協助根因追蹤。
4. 儀器操作與管理
o 指導與監督量測人員操作以下量測設備:
接觸式量測儀(如三次元、投影機等)
影像式量測儀(如自動影像量測機、2.5D機)
粗度儀(表面粗糙度量測)
3D掃描儀(含比對分析功能)
o 管理設備校正狀況與週期,確保儀器於有效狀態下運行。
o 規劃新設備導入與技術評估,提升量測效率與精度。
