【職務概要】 散熱工程師主要負責電子產品與伺服器系統之熱管理解決方案設計，確保產品在高效能運算、高環境溫度及有限空間中，仍能維持穩定可靠的運作。 在產品開發流程中，從產品構思到終端的應用，都需要確保產品設計的可行及穩定性與市場競爭力。隨著技術的進步和市場需求的變化，散熱工程師必須不斷學習和適應新的挑戰，以推動產品創新，並為公司帶來持續的成長與發展。 【主要工作內容】 1. 能夠同時對應不同產品的開發時程及要求，並讓產品準時發表。 2. 針對RFQ / RFP 提供高品質的散熱解決方案。 3. 設計穩健的主動式與被動式散熱解決方案，滿足產品部門及客戶的需求。 4. 熱流分析與設計 : 使用熱模擬軟體 FloTHERM 進行系統熱分析。建立熱模型，預測元件及系統溫度分佈。評估風扇、導風罩、冷板、水冷模組等散熱元件的效能並評估可行性與風險。 5. 產品散熱架構規劃 : 設計伺服器、工業電腦、無風扇系統的散熱方案。定義關鍵散熱器規格（Fin 結構、材質、氣流通道）。與機構工程師合作，進行散熱與機構整合設計，確保設計成品的效能，品質與成本。 6. 跨部門協作 : 與 PM、硬體、機構、軟體團隊合作，優化 Smart Fan Control、PID 多熱區控制。與供應商協作，導入冷卻解決方案（如 CDU、液冷板、快接頭）。 7. 新技術研究與導入 : 研究新興散熱技術（直觸冷板、3D Vapor Chamber、浸沒式液冷）。針對高 TDP CPU/GPU（如 Intel Sapphire Rapids、NVIDIA GH200/GB200）提出創新散熱架構。 【必要條件】 工作經驗：具備3-10年相關工作經驗。 學歷要求： 大學 / 碩博士機械及熱流相關科系。 語文條件： 中文/英文 中等。 擅長工具： FloTHERM / SolidWork / AutoCAD。 工作技能： FloTHERM thermal simulation tool and AIO, Server, IPC, Liquid Cooling related thermal design。 【加分條件】 NVIDIA GPU Card測試及驗證。 液冷系統架構設計規劃與實務應用經驗。 熟悉AI/HPC系統散熱需求。 具跨國供應鏈及產學合作經驗。 精確數據導向思維，能快速驗證假設。

主要服務產品為：雲端/伺服器散熱產品 1. 產品設計開發階段模擬、驗證、DFM等相關評估。 2. 產品BOM表和Spec相關確認與執行並掌握客戶需求狀況與工廠端協調。 3. 熟悉圖面繪製包含繪製3D/2D及公差定義。 4. 確保產品開發的執行進度及品質。 5. 落實產品開發流程的紀律要求。 6. 主動瞭解產品製程狀況及客訴問題，改善並提升產品設計品質。

JOB PURPOSE Provide technical support to the customers on all application/engineering issues, work closely with the sales team to penetrate the markets and explore new applications for Chomerics products, develops necessary tools and training material, conducts training seminars, and assists in application engineering of Chomerics when required. Responsibilities:  Provides application engineering support for Thermal Interface and EMI Shielding products.  Provides off-site or on-site technical assistance to customers.  Coordinates activities with Inside Sales Rep’s, Field Sales and manufacturing team.  Support the Inside Sales on customers incoming technical and applications inquires (via email/phone/fax).  Performs and manages Applications related projects for key customers to support the business growth.  Work with Sales Manager, potential customer and R&D engineer on New Product Development, assist in communicating with customer, collecting feedback and solving any potential application issues.  Develops and implements annual SOP’s (Standards of Performance). Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred.  +5 years engineering experience.  Mechanical (structural) or Electrical design experience in electronic, telecommunication, automotive and difference industries.  EMI and Thermal material application experience  Experience in dispensing system of Thermal Gel and Form-In-Place gasket and its operation is added advantage.  Familiar with Automotive and Defense Standard & Requirements.  Project Management skills and experience with Project Management tools like SAP, IMS, Microsoft Office.  Hand on Experience & knowledge in plastic injection molding, diecasting, CNC machining, and rapid prototyping technologies.  Immense knowledge and experience in Product Development Cycle and Process from conceptual to MP.  Product design and development skills, Proficient in operating Engineering CAD software like Auto CAD, Pro-E/CREO, SolidWorks, CATIA.  Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.  PC Proficient (MS Word, Excel, preferred)

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for High-Speed Interconnect, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful development, manufacturing, testing, and verification of high-speed interconnect solutions, including network interface cards (NICs), high-speed cable connectors, and system architecture components.
