Your Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software systems for our products.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure that the software meets the system requirements.
• Participate in system design reviews and code reviews.

You Have

The Delta Robotics Innovation Center (DRIC) is established to support Delta Electronics’ long-term robotics development. Its primary purpose is to build and enhance Delta’s capabilities in robot design, manufacturing, and integration. Rather than focusing on delivering specific products, the center aims to cultivate core competencies that enable Delta groups to efficiently develop and commercialize robotics-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement robot simulation environments for locomotion, manipulation, and autonomous navigation using platforms such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or Unity.
• Develop digital twins of physical robot platforms and environments to support virtual testing, monitoring, and predictive modeling.
• Build scalable sim-to-real pipelines to accelerate model training, testing, and validation in virtual environments.
• Create APIs or interfaces to integrate simulation environments with AI models, control systems, and robot operating stacks (e.g., ROS 2.0).
• Collaborate with robotics hardware teams to ensure accurate modeling of kinematics, dynamics, sensors (LiDAR, depth, force-torque), and actuators.
