- Meet regularly with students and update student data on online portal
- Curate balanced college lists for students seeking to study in different fields
- Assist students in filling out application portals
- Assist student with enhancing their resumes and activities lists
- Research and create roadmap of requirements for each university and a timeline for application
- Provide career exploration advice to students
- Encourage students to engage in community service and to read
- Guide students on summer activities, including assisting in pre-college and summer session applications and strategy
- Research and inform students of extracurricular activities, internship opportunities, and enrichment opportunities both in and out of school
- Guide students in the essay writing process
- Assist students in course selection, including guidance on choosing APs, IBs, and other standardized tests
- Create standardized testing timelines for students
- Conduct initial meetings with students and parents
- Up-to-date communicate with PANO team and all relevant parties informed of student progress
- Assist in external events, such as presentations, school visits, and seminars

• Provide clients with college application consultation or pathway program planning through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Assist students in filling out application portals, being familiar with Common App, UC App, and UCAS application portals.

• Required to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays and support the company's marketing events, such as school visits, exhibitions, and seminars.

.Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Holiday pay complies with the Labor Standards Act.
