As a Sales Consultant at EF you:
• Advise and support our students (and parents) and manage the entire sales cycle of our programs

Your responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our language programs through direct customer contact by phone, email and face-to-face interactions (80% of your time)
• Take on ambitious sales targets
• Participate in offsite and onsite events, including sales presentations and fairs
• Manage administrative tasks and provide pre- and post-sales customer service to our customers

1. 提供高品質診斷及處理應對,以滿足顧客的需求
- 進行顧客運動產品的診斷,以提供修理、維護及客製化解決方案
- 透過與所有通路夥伴合作,確保顧客滿意度及忠誠度
- 提供正確的服務(修理、維護、DIY、購回⋯⋯),幫助提升顧客滿意度、維修工作室及門店績效(營收、售後服務、二次良品、租賃、保養⋯⋯)
- 適切的規劃、管理與組織維修活動(內部與外部),為顧客提供最佳的維修等待時間
- 正確解讀維修工作室績效,以提升我的決策能力
- 提供顧客快速支付的客製化體驗(一般、快捷⋯⋯)
- 回收並評估成為二次良品的可能性(購回、管理退貨、管理租賃)
2. 以高品質修理、保養及客製化服務,滿足顧客的需求
- 進行修理和/或保養服務,以延長運動產品的壽命
- 進行客製化服務,以滿足顧客的需求

In coordination with my territory, I delight my customers by providing quality diagnostics and services.
1. Delight my client with high quality diagnosis and handling.
- Carry out the diagnosis of our customers' sports products in order to offer them repair, maintenance and customization solutions.
- Ensure the delight and loyalty of our customers through local contact on all channels.
- Offer the right choice of benefits and services(repair, maintenance, DIY, buy back, etc.) contributing to customer satisfaction and developing workshop and store performances (payable, warranty, 2ndLife, rental, maintenance , etc.).
- Ensure proper planning management of support and control the organization of our repair centers (internal and external) in order to offer the best deadlines to our customers.
- Understand the reading of the workshop performance in order to improve my decision-making.
- Offer our customers a tailored experience around rapid payment at the workshop (usual, express, etc.).
- Take back and revalue products for a second life (Buy back, management of returned used products, management of rental returns…).
2. Delight my customers with high quality repair, maintenance and customization services.
- Carry out repair and/or maintenance services to extend the lifespan of sports products.
- Carry out customization services to meet the needs of my sports client.
- Ensure my safety and that of my customers in the workshop.
- Keep the shelf space efficient by ensuring the accuracy and availability of my workshop stock."
