【職務目標】 成為客戶信賴的首選服務夥伴 我們以客戶為中心、服務為導向，透過顧問式銷售的方法提供解決方案給企業客戶，協助他人成功，等於自己成功。 【職位內容】 1. 潛在目標客戶推廣與開發，達成公司淨利目標、單位營收和毛利。 2. 維繫既有客戶的長期合作關係，理解其IT架構與業務目標。 3. 偕同售前顧問、技術、後勤團隊規劃客戶成功策略並銷售， 提升客戶使用產品／服務的成效與滿意度。 4. 推廣客戶導入AI／雲端／基礎設施等資訊服務(如GPU算力、M365、網路資安、資訊優化方案等）。 5. 主動追蹤客戶使用情況，預測風險並提出優化建議(Renewal、Upsell、Cross-sell）。 6. 負責資訊相關業務接洽、報價及訂單處理，處理帳款回收相關事宜。 【必備條件】 1. 有2年以上B2B客戶經營，曾有專案顧問或IT業務經驗尤佳 2. 有獨立開發新客戶、新產品或專案等的相關業務經驗尤佳 3. 優異的問題解決能力 4. 具備良好的提案與溝通能力，能與顧客有效溝通專案並收斂執行方向。 5. 能夠在多個項目間有效管理時間和優先順序。 【加分條件】 1. 曾任職於SI、SaaS、MSP、IT顧問公司 2. 具備英文讀寫能力（閱讀文件／基礎溝通） 【我們正在尋找這樣的你】 1. 主動積極，樂於幫助客戶成功 2. 擅長橫向協作，具備顧問式提案與解決問題能力 3. 不僅止於服務，更具備「成就客戶價值」的使命感 4. 對AI／雲端／資訊服務有高度熱情與興趣 ★業績獎金另計★
