Key Responsibilities
1. Execute the sales and marketing operations of Kyalio in The Philippines, working alongside the founders to achieve sales targets, and develop commercial relationships in the market
2. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and client engagement activities
3. Work with the R&D team and the Philippines clients to update the database, which requires basic data analytics and communication to collect information on a regular basis
4. Travel to the Philippines and support the founders to engage with the healthcare clients on an on-demand basis
5. Comply with Kyalio's policies on work place professionalism, ethics, and social responsibility
6. This position has a potential to grow into Philippines Healthcare Market Development Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Core Competencies
• Fluency in English in both oral and written communication, proficiency in any other languages spoken in the Philippines is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially Excel
• Strong ability to learn and acquire new knowledge and operate independently in a startup environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Travel Requirements
• Ability to travel 10%-15% of your time to the Philippines
Education
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree
Legal Work Eligibility
• Legal eligibility to work in Taiwan
a. Holding Taiwanese citizenship
b. Holding a dependent residence permit/permanent residence permit where it is written on your permit that “you don’t need approval to work in Taiwan”

-Minimum of 3 years solid merchandising experiences in Knits/Woven apparel under a buying office/trading company or garment factory.
-Good knowledge of vendors and factories

Report to: SVP and Head of Client Service and Account Management
Role Purpose:
To deliver high quality ongoing client service for corporate clients. To manage the provision of client service support to high-valued liquidity and cash management clients.
Job Content:
1. Accountable for delivering Client Service Excellence globally and effectively managing any risks and issues.
2. Identify cross-sell opportunities and effectively manage the delivery against client promises.
3. Resolve client service issues and challenges.
4. Communicate with stakeholders at a country/regional level; ensure effective internal and external communication and sharing of CS project.
5. Serve as liaison between Client Service and other project stakeholders.
6. Work beyond the scope of the Service function to support sales, product and operations to deliver the strategic objectives of the business.
7. Develop and recommend changes and improvements to operating models, procedures and practices based on subject matter expertise and understanding of HSBC and market best practice.
