As a manager of Manufacturing Test Platform, you will lead a team to take ownership of platform and infrastructure management as development in a global manufacturing test environment. This role will oversee the end-to-end design and deployment of cluster platforms, software systems, and manufacturing test infrastructure network.
1. Manage and mentor the team in cluster platform and software system design, development, and deployment; set expectations and track progress
2. Oversee the design of manufacturing test infrastructure; define strategic direction and implementation plans.
3. Act as technical expert in issue resolution, provide leadership in technical leadership in failure analysis, and drive cross-team communication.
4. Lead the team to align with company objectives and continuously optimize processes.
We are seeking a Senior Collection & Compliance Specialist with strong cross-border communication skills, an operational mindset, and proven expertise in accounts receivable management, collection process optimization, payment tool expansion and implementation, and compliance risk control. You will play a key role within the existing team, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to ensure healthy cash flow, regulatory compliance, and a balance between customer experience and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Collections:
Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure collection targets are met
Communicate with clients and sales teams on payment progress and overdue accounts
Develop and optimize collection processes and SOPs
Compliance & Risk Management:
Enforce compliance policies to ensure collection and contract processes meet regulatory and internal standards
Conduct regular risk assessments on accounts and contracts, providing actionable recommendations
Payment Tool Expansion & Implementation
Plan and lead the rollout of new payment tools or solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Analyze market-specific collection needs and develop optimal tool selection and implementation strategies
Work with technical and finance teams to execute cross-market deployment and training
Operations & System Optimization
Utilize Python, Excel (advanced functions & pivot tables), and Google Apps Script (GAS) for data analysis, automated reporting, and process enhancement
Partner closely with finance, legal, customer success, and sales teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Cross-Market Collaboration
Collaborate with teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other markets on cross-border collection and compliance matters
Regularly report operational updates, collection performance, and tool implementation progress to management

• Responsible for viewing and monitoring the video surveillance television monitors for unauthorized and/or unsafe actions.
• Responsible for monitoring the access control system computer for visible and audible alarms.
• Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all life safety, gas storage, access control and loss prevention systems and related subsystems. Must be able to prioritize alarm criticality and utilize available resources effectively.
• Dispatch security personnel as required in the event of security or safety alarms, security systems service calls and emergency response dispatches.
• Interact with a variety of persons, including: companies, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain Key control.
• Notify, assist, and direct emergency personnel as necessary.
• Dispatch patrol as needed.
• Complete job-related forms and/or logs and incident reports as needed.
• Participate in testing of security system on regular maintenance schedule.
• Observe and report all unusual activity.
• Report all building utility and service issues as observed and instructed to facilities.
• Monitor the movements and locations of all account security personnel in order to expedite service requests, and emergency response and to ensure employee safety.
• Responsible for proper operation and monitoring of all security telephone, paging, radio and intercom communication systems.
• As required provide training for new security operations center personnel.
• Manage employee, guest, and visitor comments and complaints with one-touch service. One-touch service means an Operator has the autonomy and authority to handle any customer needs.
