##工作內容
1.Lead thermal design and analysis for military-grade outdoor systems, covering hardware, power distribution, and cooling.
2.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement thermal solutions meeting performance and reliability standards.
3.Perform thermal simulations and analyses to optimize system cooling.
4.Define thermal design guidelines, specs, and test plans for cloud hardware.
5.Troubleshoot and resolve thermal issues during development.
6.Lead thermal validation and testing, including chamber and cycling tests.
7.Collaborate with vendors to assess component thermal performance and develop custom solutions.
8.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to assess thermal performance of off-the-shelf components and develop customized solutions as necessary.

1.Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; Master's or Ph.D. in Thermal Engineering preferred.
2.8+ years of experience in thermal design for complex outdoor hardware systems.
3.Strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.
4.Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing thermal solutions for high-power and high-density systems.
5.Familiarity with industry standards and military thermal management regulations.
6.Excellent problem-solving skills for complex thermal issues.
• Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of thermal design architecture.
• Perform thermal/acoustic estimation/verification against product requirements.
• Research/implement new thermal technologies for high density power module and energy storage products.
• In charge of supplier management and cross functional communication.
• Manage technical projects and collaborate with other internal teams and to support the execution process throughout development cycle.
• Collaborate with design team to get resolution/path forward when appropriate trade-offs required between thermal and other disciplines (ie. EMC, SI, PCB design).
• Keep up to date on appropriate standards and test methodologies.
• Review of design for thermal strategy and implementation.
Requirements
• Proficient in fluid mechanics and heat transfer field
• Familiar with thermal simulation software (Flotherm), 3D CAD tool (Creo)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Passionate about new technology development for electronics cooling.
• Debugging and bring up experience, in addition to operating data acquisition equipment required.

Responsibility:
• Lead thermal design development for leading-edge IT equipment, Thermal design experience on Switch or Server is preferred.
• Provide high-quality thermal proposal for RFQs response.
• Design robust thermal solutions to meet product and thermal specifications, and conduct comprehensive thermal simulation analysis from Board to system level to verify thermal feasibility/risk.
• Interface with a multi-disciplinary group to define system requirements, and design products. Experience in working in medium sized multidisciplinary development teams.
• Interface with thermal vendors to manage cost, quality and functionality of thermal parts.
• Work with function team to identify route cause of thermal related failure
• Keep tracking on advanced cooling technology such as liquid cooling, immersion cooling.
Requirement:
• Candidates should have 8+ years’ experience in thermal design/simulation/test validation for electronic product, Liquid cooling product experience is preferred
• BS or above in Thermodynamic or relevant Engineering
• Hands on experience on Flotherm as CFD tool, Celsius and Macroflow for liquid cooling simulation is preferred.
• Expertise in various heat sinks, heat pipe, Vapor chamber design/selection. Liquid cooling elements including cold plate, manifolds, CDU is a plus
• Expertise and experience in various fan speed control methodology and over temperature protection mechanism
• Familiar with thermal measurement technology and test tools such as temperature data logger, IR camera, wind tunnel, air speed meter etc.
• Knowledge about Mechanical design tool such as Creo considered as a plus
• Knowledge of server/storage/switch system architecture is a plus
• Familiar with industry standard including NEBS, GR-63, ASHRAE TC9.9,etc
