Project Logistics Operations •Oversee and plan transportation for oversized or specialized cargo, such as wind power equipment, including risk assessments and scheduling. •Execute tasks including bill of lading review, cargo insurance, port loading/unloading arrangements, and manpower allocation. •Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, domestic and international warehouses and carriers to ensure seamless logistics at each stage. 3. Chartering Operations •Communicate with shipowners, charterers, and brokers regarding chartering details (e.g., LOI, CP, NOR, SOF). •Assist in drafting and executing charter party agreements, loading/discharging terms, voyage management, and on-site support. •Monitor voyage progress, respond to unexpected situations, handle cost settlements and post-voyage analysis. 4. Documentation and Contract Management •Prepare and process import/export documents, contracts, damage claims, bills of lading, transport plans, risk assessments, cost estimates, and insurance matters. •Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and assist in developing new logistics solutions and improving workflow processes. 5. 進口/出口 1. 與船公司/同行詢價及訂艙、安排船期。 2. 向國外代理聯繫海運進口詢價/出口後段事宜， 需要具備英文書信能力 3. 聯絡客人、船公司與報關行，MBL/HBL文件製作與核對。 4. USA TRADE AMS / ISF filing needed。 5. 海運系統操作。 6. 繕打帳單。 建議條件: 10年以上貨運承攬相關經驗者，需具備海運進出口經驗~

1. Vessel Management: - Oversee the technical performance and maintenance of assigned vessels. - Ensure vessels comply with international and local regulations, class requirements, and company standards. 2. Maintenance and Repairs: - Plan and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking. 3. Safety and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. - Implement and monitor safety management systems and procedures. - Liaise with flag states, classification societies, and other regulatory bodies. 4. Crew Support: - Provide technical support and guidance to vessel crews. 5. Procurement and Inventory: - Oversee the procurement of spare parts, stores, chemicals, lubricants, paints, equipment, and supplies. - Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of critical spares. - Collaboratively work with purchaser to provide the spare parts, stores, chemicals, lubricants, paints, equipment, and supplies on board of vessel. 6. Budgeting and Reporting: - Monitor and report on technical expenditures and variances.

*The vacancy is only for locals* 1. Ensure the smooth operation of onshore or offshore wind systems through regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. 2. Promote strong safety awareness, follow all procedures, and ensure operations comply with safety standards. 3. Work with technicians and engineering teams to maintain project timelines and provide support for onshore or offshore projects. Able to support various tasks for different projects and adapt to schedule changes due to weather or work conditions. 4. Assist the Site Manager in managing project supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance. 5. Follow Site Manager’s adjustments to the project plan, offer professional advice, and address unexpected issues to ensure timely completion.
