Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving commercial success and building high-performing teams? Join Sandoz as our National Sales Manager, where you will lead and inspire a dedicated Sales Team as a First-Level Line Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage the assigned Sales Team to deliver on strategic sales objectives and performance targets.
Drive the execution of the national sales operations plan, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Develop and implement key commercial programs to support business growth.
Foster a culture of excellence through ongoing coaching, training, and talent development.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Optimize resource allocation and manage sales budgets effectively.
Ensure excellence in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor insights, and product knowledge.
Act as a communication bridge between senior management and the field team.
Uphold compliance and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in sales team management, preferably within a multinational company (MNC).
Familiarity with sales operations and products in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Orthopedics, Metabolism, Rheumatology, or Neurosurgery.
