Primary Function/Objective:
Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and services. Develop technical and selling skills to meet customers’ needs and identify additional business opportunities while sustaining existing ones.
Core Job Responsibilities:
-Provide sales information monthly to support forecast development.
-Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans.
-Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
-Utilize selling skills to meet customer needs and territory sales targets.
-Communicate plans and results to Sales and Marketing Management.
-Share market intelligence with management.
-Attend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, and trade displays.
-Execute all territory activities professionally and in compliance with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct.
-Maintain territory and customer records.
-Attend regular departmental meetings for feedback.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
Working with the CoolSculpting Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Management Manager to contribute to the sales performance for the CoolSculpting range of products through the delivery of quality marketing strategies and effective program implementation.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsibilities for all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory – including CoolSculpting® marketing integration
• Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for the Company’s consumables
• Complete the Annual sales target of devices quantities & sales amount target in assigned territory (existing & new listing customers)
• Providing training, presentations and demonstrations (non-patient) to the customer on application and the safe and effective use of the company’s products using effective communication
• Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products
• Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area (including CSE)
• Collaborate brand activities execution, marketing plan with product manager to ensure customer success
• Collect customer feedback, market trends, competitive updates as materials for strategic plan
Responsibilities:
Leading strategy development and execution within disease area
• Participate actively and ensure appropriate input based on strategic insight and scientific expertise in the respective Brand Teams
Demonstrate broad strategic thinking and planning by developing objectives, plans and actions that are effectively addressing our organizational strategy and customer needs: Ensure country medical activities are in line with approved medical strategies
Ensure country clinical trials and studies are delivered to agreed standards of time, quality and cost as well as an appropriate participation in international trials
Identify and follow up Post Marketing Trials and coordinate budget for own country/cluster
Manage/coordinate Disease Area medical budget for own country/cluster and liaise, as appropriate, with Finance and Purchasing
Liaise with Medical Director to manage unexpected events or issues such as the early close of a study at country level
Build country/cluster reputation and visibility of medical team at the international level by managing the timely execution of trials and other medical activities
Proactively provide scientific support to Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Pharmacovigilance and Legal Counsel
• Coordinate the medical plan processes for the Disease Area in alignment with the appropriate local/cluster functions (including Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, PV and Outcomes Research) and with the appropriate international Medical Teams (WW/EMAC/IC)
Requirements:
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
• Extensive experience working in cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience in designing and managing clinical trials across different phases of development and resolving clinical trial-related issues
• Track record in effectively managing risk and compliance
• Building strong relationships with External Experts within DA
• Experience in developing medical plans aligned with overall disease & product objectives
• Experience in developing, reporting and analyzing medical metrics
• Demonstrated ability to build a team and develop a high performing organization (inclusive coaching and mentoring)
Of advantage:
• Knowledge and understanding of BMS Policies and Procedures
• Knowledge of statistical methods
• Solid track record in writing quality scientific publications and representing BMS at international congresses
• Knowledge of Disease Area and local health care system/market dynamics
• Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business
• Understanding of product-specific pricing issues and required contribution to pricing and reimbursement dossiers

Key Responsibilities
1. Successful and on schedule listing CAMZYOS in assign territory.
2. Achieve sales target and brand objective through developing and implement brand strategy and sales execution plan in the territory.
3. Build strong connections with targeted customers and gain their insights in marketplace.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Degree in science or related professional qualification
2. 5+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
3. Sales experience in Cardiovascular is preferred
4. New product launch and/or self-paid product experience is preferred
5. Able to perform account analysis to identify issue/opportunity in assigned territory
6. Good communication skill and positive working attitude with passion
7. Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented
Work with third party (MOC, Marketing Operation Center) to complete product requested jobs (including Veeva email, Mass email, video, eDetails, Web pages, Print, Webinar Content) in content lab. (60%)
Work with Commercial and MOC team to complete required marketing ankle and reference in content lab. (20%)
Assist in communicating and tracking jobs delivery on time (ex: Be able to communicate with contact parts based on planned schedule and actions) (20%)
